➢For non-custom products, customers may cancel their orders anytime before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

➢For custom-made products, once the order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations for any reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


➢ Once the order has been shipped, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for any reason. 
If you receive the wrong or defective product, please contact us before sending back the product. In this case, we only accept requests for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt, and the product must be unaltered, unwashed, and have tags attached.
